01Wood or WPC: what really changes?
There is no universally better material. Wood offers warmth and can be renewed; WPC lowers maintenance and is particularly resistant to moisture.
- Assess exposure to sun, water and salt air.
- Consider who will carry out periodic maintenance.
- Choose the material together with the colour and mobile-home context.
02What is needed before positioning a mobile home?
The logistics survey matters as much as the pitch: access route, manoeuvring space, ground, levels and service preparation determine the working method.
- Share the plan, model and dimensions of the home.
- Photograph access, tight turns, trees and changes in level.
- Identify the service connection points in advance.
03How do you identify a discontinued spare part?
An overview photograph and a detail image, accompanied by accurate measurements, can often narrow the search even when no product code is available.
- Photograph the component, fixing and installation context.
- Add width, height, thickness and centre distances.
- Include the mobile-home make, model and year when known.
